Why is there no watermark?
When you save a video from inside the TikTok app, it stamps its logo and the creator's username on it. Clipsavo fetches the version the platform itself serves, which most of the time has no watermark.

Common problems and fixes
- Link not supported: make sure you copied the link to the video itself, not to the profile or the home page.
- Video is private or needs a login: we only download public content, so videos from private accounts can't be downloaded.
- Slow download: the time depends on the video's size and your internet speed. Pick a lower quality for a smaller, faster file.
- Daily limit reached: the limit resets every day, and a free account raises it.
